When do you ship?
- Please allow up to 2 weeks after date of purchase for your order to be processed and shipped
Does my order come with tracking?
- If you're ordering just stickers, your order will not come with tracking but please be assured your order will get to you
- For bigger items such as accessories or apparel you'll be getting a tracking number once the label is created so please check your emails
Where do you ship ?
- We ship all over the world unless stated

How do PREORDERS work?
- Preorders usually have about a week until closing time so you'll be able to get your order in. Once you've placed your order, please allow up to 4-5 weeks for processing and shipping
My item arrived damage, what do i do?
- If you've received a damaged item please contact us and provide your order number and will be more than happy to help you
Whats your return policy?
- We don't accept returns or exchanges but more than happy to give a replacement
I entered the wrong address, can i request a change?
- I suggest all customers to double check their address upon checkout, but if you happen to mistake your address please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items due to the misinformation provided
- New releases usually happen at the beginning of every month on the first Thursday at 6PM PST
